I'm posting here again to seek assistance with Case ID: 17424700521 regarding the removal of a review that appears to be unrelated to our product.

The review reads:

"Would like another one but not this one

It has mold in the filter the containers is dirty"

The customer uploaded images of a round-shaped pet fountain/tray with a round filter, whereas ours has a square-shaped tray and square filters.

This strongly suggests that the customer reviewed a different product but mistakenly left their review under our listing.

I have submitted this case to Seller Support (under Case ID: 17424700521) and reported the review via the "Report" button, citing it as Off-topic/Incorrect Product Review.

Could you please assist in reviewing this further for removal?
