Amazon not recognizing valid ISBN. Getting error 8572

I have a valid ISBN for my book, still Amazon is not recognizing it. It is giving me error 8572 repeatedly. Can you please help?

@Noor_Amazon_ I got in touch with Amazon customer care several times, they keep saying that the internal team will get in touch and look into it. But there has been no resolution. Every time customer care has said that the details from my end are correct, Amazon team has to resolve it.

Can you please help and escalate this? I have topical/festival related product and the inventory will go to waste if I am unable to list the products. It's a huge loss to the business.
