Read onlyHi everyone,
I need assistance with reactivating my Amazon USA account. Amazon deactivated my account without providing any specific reason. The strange part is that the deactivation email mentioned an authenticity issue related to a product that had just arrived at FBA and was never even received by any customers
Here are some key points regarding my account:
My Account Health is completely healthy, and there are no authenticity complaints on the Account Health page.
There have been no complaints against my account—neither from customers nor from the brand.
There is no history of any violations, disputes, or negative reports on my account.
To address the deactivation, I submitted the following documents:
Letter of Authorization (LOA) – Issued by the brand, confirming I am authorized to purchase their products from the supplier.
Letter of Confirmation – Proof that I am allowed to source products from the mentioned supplier.
Bank Statement – A valid bank statement for verification.
Order Confirmation – Proof of orders placed with the supplier.
Invoice – Fully compliant with Amazon’s specified requirements.
Despite providing all the necessary documents, Amazon continues to reject my reactivation request without giving a clear reason.
Has anyone faced a similar situation? Any insights on why Amazon might be rejecting my documents and possible solutions to fix this issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance.
Authenticity complaint does not have to arise from a buyer. Are you sure the LOA is from the brand and not your supplier or a brand affiliate (or you just made it up yourself)? If the supplier isn't verifiable by Amazon, it doesn't matter what documents you may have. Where is the invoice from?
