We had an order that was to be shipped by 03/24 and it did. Promised delivery date was 03/29. It arrived 3/29 yet the order got pinged.

I downloaded the report. it was to be delivered at 3/29 6:59am and it got delivered //29 15:30pm.

How is this a ping on our side?!?
