We received the order on Jul 14, 2024, which was shipped to the customer on Jul 16, 2024, via FedEx tracking number 746311104440 and the same was delivered to the customer on Jul 23, 2024.

We received a return request on 2024-09-03. We checked that Amazon had authorized this return and asked the customer to ship the item to our warehouse.

Return Status: OUT OF POLICY.

If this is an out-of-policy case, then why or how did Amazon authorize these returns after 30 days of delivery?

For this order, we shipped 1 day earlier and the package was delayed because of the weather, but since we sent it a day before, it should have been fine. Guess what? This was marked late... how and why.... Do sellers have to consider the delivery time now?? This is mind-blowing..

Ous dropped to 87.4% due to this order. Can someone explain how it is late?

Their delivery times are not feasible. They are trying to hold us to delivery times that even Amazon themselves can't reasonable meet, unless we are shipping priority and that is not reasonable if not paid for by customer.
