Hello! Some time in August one of our products received a 1-star review, with both the username and the review itself being blatant advertisement for a competiting brand. We've tried contacting the buyer, but the message got bounced by the buyer's email (suspicious).

The user only placed 2 reviews, the above review and one 5-star review on our competitor. Very suspicious.

Problem is, the reviews were from a verified purchase and had a photo attached, so even though we've tried reporting both reviews, contacted Seller Support, submitted a Report Abuse, etc, Amazon refused to do anything about it.

Does that mean that so long as the order is verified, Amazon will always think it's legit even if the content is blatantly against the rules?

I Received a Wrong product review for my listing, the photo customer TC uploaded is NOT my product, and Amazon system DIDN'T marked this customer as Verified Purchase, so this customer didn't purchase from me, so why he/she can leave me a negative review. This is Not my customer. and the photo is not my product. Even though I believe this review is true, BUT this customer left on a wrong product page. This is NOT my product. Can someone help me to remove the review?

I submitted a CASE 15229424211, but they said they can't remove review on their site.

Let clicked the "Report button" that appears beneath the review, I did, Reference: R3PFCR5TGD7U7E, but the review still there.

Then, they Let me email to community-help@amazon.com, nobody even reply to me.

I don't know what should I do now. Please help!!!!

I am not naive and I know any product is gonna get bad reviews. Lately, however, I am getting a ton of bad reviews, and it is obvious it is coordinated by another competitor seller because of the pattern. You see, normally I will get one or two reviews on my floss a week. Some are good reviews and some are bad reviews. However, once or twice a month now, I will get a cluster of bad reviews within a few day span. It always seems obvious that it is sabotage by another seller but I don't know how to get them taken down or even investigated.

Lately, it has become even more obvious because instead of just leaving bad star ratings they leave reviews and will mention other floss brands. In fact, the last bad reviews were so obvious they mentioned the same other brand name in 2 different reviews on the same day. The chances are just extremely low of that especially for a product that normally doesn't get 2 reviews on the same day. Further, both didn't even capitalize the brand name of the other floss and both attached pictures. Below is a screenshot of the latest reviews for reference. I am not accusing the other brand mentioned because it could be someone trying to misdirect me. It is obvious, though, that this is coordinated by another seller.

At this point I don't know what to do about it. I am thinking of using another online platform to sell if this doesn't get resolved. Can anyone help?
