Compliance Requirement For "Baby Feeding Product" on a listing that has nothing to do with babies?

by Seller_j272WWe9wtKPy

Just as stated in the tittle, Amazon is requesting compliance documents for “baby feeding product” on a listing that has nothing to do with babies. The product is plastic cup.

The word baby & any form of it is not used anywhere in the description, tittle, A+ content, keywords and or PPC.

Would seller support be the best route to request a review on this?

Doubtful, at best, when PCRP (‘Amazonese’ for “Product Compliance - Restricted Products” and/or “Prohibited Claims and Restricted Products”) designation comes into play.

If you can find your way clear to post the Amazon Catalog Listing ASIN in question, here in the publicly-accessible ASF (“Amazon Seller Forums”), you’re quite likely to find better help than SeSu can provide.

When you get tired of kissing frogs and they do not turn into a prince you will understand.

So, we have a very simple marker board in one color, with one color marker. It is required to have a CPC and is due to the fact it is intended for young children according to Amazon.

Now do know, we have many other types, sizes and colors of this item… they are all fine.

We ran it up the pole, or as we prefer to day threw it over the wall to Seller Support. Result 3 times or more over and over, no you need a CPC this is for a child.

Fine we deleted it off of Amazon. Best seller on other channels.

An ASIN would be helpful. I doubt that you will like what you hear.
