I received this request from Amazon Partnered support today.
"The image(s) should clearly show the product is not branded, from a variety of angles, matching the brand name exactly."
I've tried to have ChatGPT translate, Here is what it says:
"This message is instructing you to provide clear images of the product without any visible branding. Capture the item from different angles, ensuring that the images match the brand name precisely. The goal is to emphasize that the product is unbranded while still showing it comprehensively." -ChatGTP
Am I losing my mind?

Well, you ARE selling on Amazon so it's pretty likely the answer is yes, you did already!
So, seriously, are you trying to do a BR filing or just adding an image to an ASIN?
It might not make much difference but the probable issue could be that something isn't an EXACT match.
Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'. Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?
ALL CAPS is not SOme CAps
About a year ago a seller had to get all new boxes because of an error with capitalization of ONE WORD on their box!
Hahah I saw one as a shopper the other day where it used the wrong words in an auto summary of reviews and turned everything gibberish. Hair clippers were claps with mixed reviews on buttery life. (and they weren't black market reviews, they were for the clippers)
I wonder if you uploaded pictures with the word UNBRANDED on the packaging that would work lol
Sound like amazon can't do Branding right. Now they can't do unbranded. If you ask amazon a question you are going to get a 50/50 answer 50% right and 50% wrong. In school that is a failing grade. So, we give amazon a 50% grade in knowledge of their own program. That is an F grading for amazon. They should have an after-work study group for seller support.
I had the same problem trying to get Amazon to accept my images as actually branded. I even went as far as damaging a product to show it was scratched when abused. Seems like they try to keep certain items from being listed and just make it very hard. Amazon is awful and I have started to sell on other platforms. I am limiting my items I sell on Amazon due to their terrible return policies and poor support, especially for any item that is restricted or, worse yet, they think is restricted but is not.
