We ship 1000's of boxes a week -- today we are suddenly getting this error:
""UPS (Amazon partnered carrier) is unavailable because the box weights or dimensions for one or more of your shipments are not within the allowable range for Amazon partnered carriers"
When trying to send a shipment to RDU4. Our boxes are all standard size/weight -- nothing different from normal or should I say nothing abnormal and NEVER seen this error.
It's letting us use APC LTL which is concerning as we had two LTL shipments RETURNED from RDU4 last week due to them being overloaded.
Anyone seeing this issue?
UPDATE:
As of this morning the issue is no longer occurring ** ON NEW SHIPMENTS WE CREATE ** but the two shipments we created at the time were still showing the error. We had to use LTL Partnered to get them out.
We noticed that the interface had changed a few days ago, it seems now the BOL for LTL Partnered Shipments now appears instantly. Our theory is that the STA workflow was updated on or around 9/24 and cause this issue but unsure.
@Dominic_Amazonif you can please advise if this issue is known and officially fixed.
This issue is happening again -- it started yesterday 10/10 and is occurring again today on 10/11.
Have had it with two shipments. This is very frustrating -- it's completely random and once it occurs it seems you can't "fix" the shipment to make it go away.
