How do you hit your SFP Page speed metrics over the holidays?
Since we use UPS as our carrier, and UPS does not operate on these dates, i.e. 12/24, 12/25, 12/31 or 1/1, we received two warnings for our SFP Page speed metrics due to not hitting our numbers for the oversize tier during this time period.
I find it almost impossible to hit Page Speed metrics during weeks that have a holiday in them, as transit times are extended to the customer when UPS is closed, which is entirely outside of my control.
It feels like we almost need to turn Prime off during weeks of major holidays (which costs us sales & business) or just accept the warning. It seems like a flawed system.
Has anyone figured out how good ways to hit their SFP metrics over holidays?
