Read onlyI have 5 SKUs (all child variations) which were sent in at the end of last year (2024).
All of the units sent in have been stuck in FC Processing for over 3 months.
I have raised separate cases for each SKU. I'm STILL waiting to hear back on some cases, but I received this message on one of them:
"The inventory cannot be made sell able after investigation decision. As per our internal team response, we request you to submit a disposal order for these units and these units can't be returned or moved to sell able."
I have not received a message or notification about any kind of investigation nor the outcome of it.
Can someone help me with this please? I really don't want to have to talk to my lawyer about this, but I'm being backed into a corner.
