Dear Amazon team,
My account has been suspended for more than two months due to the direct shipping policy. As I operate in a self-fulfillment shipping mode, I purchase goods from suppliers and then hand them over to freight forwarders. The logistics company packs and mails the goods to customers. I have provided order numbers and logistics tracking numbers with shipping trajectories. Why has my appeal been continuously rejected? When I buy goods from suppliers, and they mail them to international logistics companies, there must be domestic express tracking numbers on the packages. This is unavoidable. As a result, I was judged to have violated the direct shipping policy. First of all, the relevant team should understand clearly that I did not send goods directly to customers through a third-party platform. This third-party website is 1688, and all the merchants are suppliers. Moreover, there are domestic express records for every order sent to international logistics companies. Because my goods are sent to customers through international logistics. I hope the relevant team can help me. I am very helpless now. Thank you.

As noted by @Seller_MyXY4Myx9zVcR, depending on how exactly business was being conducted it could be a violation of our drop ship policy, do you have any type of reseller agreement or contract with your prep center? Are there others involved? can you show that through the entire process of each of your orders that this process never violated this policy? Do you have valid invoices that meet our requirements to show proof of purchase?
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
