Keep clicking it and loading. It loads eventually. It can be 8 clicks or 30 clicks, but it will load and stay there on that page, don't leave if checking multiple returns. Yes, it's broken right now.

+1 here. Desktop. It won't open on the normal Seller Central and also won't open on the "Next Gen" Seller central. It's been 2 days now...

Happening to me too. Amazon staff blamed MY computer when i said i used two different devices and multiple browsers.
