Help Needed: Stuck in a Loop with Amazon Seller Support

Hi everyone,

We’re currently facing an issue on Amazon Seller Central and are at a complete standstill. I’m posting here in hopes that someone who has experienced a similar problem can offer guidance.

The Problem:

We updated a bullet point on our listing, which inadvertently flagged it as being under the "pesticide" category. Since we’re not based in the U.S., this restriction prevents us from accessing the listing.

What We’ve Tried:

  • I attempted to update the bullet point to resolve the issue, but I’m blocked from editing.
  • I was told I need to be the "winning brand representative" to update the attribute. However, I am the brand owner, and this is the only account designated under the brand. No one else can edit the listing, and I’m the one receiving all brand-related notifications.
  • Multiple support tickets have been created, but the responses have been frustratingly repetitive and unhelpful.
  • Live chat support either gives me the same scripted response or ends the conversation without resolution.
  • Email support simply copies and pastes the same advice without addressing the specific issue.

The Loop:

  1. To remove the pesticide category flag, I need to update the bullet point.
  2. To update the bullet point, I need access to the listing.
  3. But access is blocked due to the pesticide restriction since we’re not in the U.S.

We’re completely stuck and unsure of what to do next. If anyone has faced a similar issue or has advice on how to escalate this effectively, please share!
