My account has been deactivated after video call verification due to failed video call verification because of my network issue and other documents verification. Now can anyone help me to get verify on Amazon and I am ready to join video call verification to verify myself and my business because after deactivation Amazon is not responding to my appeals and documents that's why there is no need to waste time on submitting appeals. What type of authorization agreements do you have set up?
The verification call must be requested by our team for you to be able to complete it. We cannot guarantee that they will be able to move forward with you if you are unable to provide documentation that can be validated. They need to be able to verify the overall supply chain and products were authorized at every point.
