I have a SKU of products that include multiple items as part of the product. In my case I'm selling sunglasses and for one product I include a zipper case, a cleaning cloth, and a floating keychain.
If one of these products gets returned, how does Amazon know all of the above should be included and if it's not to flag it to not return to inventory? I don't see a spot in the listing details to document these, however they are documented in the description and in the product photos with a "Everything you get" photo.
Is there a proper way to include this information in case a return happens so Amazon knows how to evaluate it properly?
Thanks for the help!
What you desire is never going to happen. With over a million returns daily, they are a thorn in Amazon's side because there is no profit in returns. So, whatever the buyer returns and the reason they return it. to make the most out of returns, Amazon simply accepts the buyers return reason and what they send back.
Amazon created RFS. That program has trained scammers to get free products at the seller's expense, with no repercussion. Prior to RFS, 3rd party sellers (making up 60% of the Amazon Seller base), issued their own refunds. Buyers complained, so RFS was created.
It makes no difference if you are a FBA seller or FBM seller, The buyer always gets what they want ar the seller's expense.
