Amazon is not allowing me to get GTIN exemption and saying I'm abusing the brand name COSCO. But the truth is, I’m the actual owner of the COSCO brand since 1979. It’s a joke that they’re accusing me of misusing my own brand. I deal in innerwear, and I’ve never used any GS1 barcode. There might be another COSCO brand with GS1, but that has nothing to do with me. Totally different trademark, company, and product category. Still, Amazon keeps blocking me. Can someone please help me fix this mess?

But now again this seller has registered under new account on Amazon and is copying my design patented products, trademarks and have no fear for Amazon polices.
