I was charged a subscription fee and the tax invoice is in my account. I downgraded the plan to individual plan and requested for a refund on the subscription fee three times over chat and phone and each time I was told the charge was denied because I have not been charged a subscription fee in the last 90 days - Case ID 17336039371. The first time it was rejected I reckon was because the tax invoice hasn't been generated yet. So I waited for a few more days before raising the request again and I was still rejected for the same reason. The charge has only been made a week ago so I'm well within the 90days grace period. The money has already been deducted on my card and at this point I'm hoping someone from Amazon will see this and process my refund before I resort to a chargeback. Thank you.
