Hello @Seller_P2hqgg0ecz5Q8,
Ricardo from Amazon here.
I was able to find the team in charge of conducting this adjustment. I have reached out to them to understand why this happened.
As soon as I receive a response, I will be reaching back to you.
Hello @Seller_P2hqgg0ecz5Q8,
I just received a response, which I will be sharing:
"It was deducted for Amazon Shipping (SWA) is a shipping service provider that supports ecommerce businesses. Amazon Shipping offers competitive rates and delivery speeds to our shippers. For the US, we’re offering this service to shippers who have an active Amazon marketplace account. The shipper in question is on the monthly invoicing cycle whereby we accrue for all shipments during the billing period and will generate an invoice in the subsequent month. Our current payment process is to deduct from the shipper’s Seller Central account to pay for our services rendered."
Please reply back if you have any questions so I can address them with the appropriate team.
Did you ever figure this out? They gave the same SWA reason to us and took $60,000.
