Case transferred over a year ago, never answered

Is there a mod who can help me with this please? I am being charged storage fees for amazon.ca for the last 2 years, but I have never sent anything to Canada or sold anything in Canada. I opened a case over a year ago which is marked as transferred. I have opened several cases since then, but they all just get transferred and never answered.

I have looked into this and it seems there is a reserved unit on your FBA inventory for Canada. The ASIN I am referring to seems you sell it in your Amazon US account.
Please create a new case with Seller Support asking for the unit for FNSKU: X0038AOLOB to be reviewed.
Once you have the Case ID, please share it with me so I can follow up accordingly.
