Account verification problem and refund

Hi to everyone, i'm a new amazon seller, my account was registered as a Pro account with subscription fee, i changed it to individual before do any listing -i still have no listings- i soon passed the verification process and asked for a refund in the subscription fee, then my account was set up as inactive, i asked to support about it and then told me twice that i have passed all verification process. I Asked to an agent again and he told me that i have to do the verification process again and resubmit ID card, he sent me a link and when tried to resubmit documents the site shows me this error:

We cannot process your request

You are currently undergoing another verifi-cation. Please retry once the verification is completed.

I asked to support the reason of this and they sent me this Email:

Hello,We have received your inquiry, but we cannot provide support on this matter.Why is this happening?We cannot provide support on this matter because your request is not related to seller identity verification or related processes.We're here to helpIf you have any further questions about our policies or requirements, contact Selling Partner Support: etc, etc. Also the site shows me that my account health is good in green.

What can i do? please help me.

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here quickly to provide you with some resources.

In taking a quick look at your account, it appears you are still under the Professional selling plan and have not confirmed the downgrade to the Individual plan.

You are also eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that will be charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process. You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days

Once you have finished setting up your account, downgrade your account to the Individual selling plan by following the steps outlined on this page. After completing this step, contact Seller Support by following this link, requesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99.

Hi again, CR back here. In taking a further look I do see that the adjustment has taken place on the back end, downgrading you from the Professional plan to the Individual plan. Please disregard my above comment.

Additionally, I see you are also awaiting the post card to be delivered to complete your address verification. It looks like that has been dispatched and estimated delivery for that is 2/12/2025.

You should be able to reach out to Seller Support now requesting the refund of $39.99.
