Hello,

While preparing my tax return, I realized that the IRS reduced the threshold for 1099-K forms from $20,000 to $5,000 for the calendar year 2024. I opened a case earlier to confirm this, and the agent approved it. Based on this information, I started expecting to receive my 1099-K form via mail as well as in the tax document library.

However, I have not received it by mail, nor do I see it in the tax document library. Whenever I open a case about this issue, they keep saying there’s a glitch in the system and that I should be able to see everything on the page within 48 hours. However, weeks have passed, and I keep encountering a blank page again and again.

Is there anyone else experiencing the same issue or who has a solution for it?

I own an LLC registered in Florida, and the sole member of the LLC is a foreign citizen who is not a U.S. resident or citizen. I am trying to locate Form 1099-K for my account for the 2024 tax year, but after checking the Tax Document Library in Seller Central, I was unable to find it.

My details:

Company Type: Single-member LLC (registered in Florida)

Ownership: The sole owner is a foreign citizen (non-U.S. resident, non-U.S. citizen)

Marketplace: Amazon.com (US)

Issue: I expected to see Form 1099-K in the Tax Document Library, but it is not available.

Questions:

Is my Florida LLC eligible to receive a Form 1099-K despite having a non-U.S. resident as the sole owner?

If so, where can I download it in Seller Central?

If not, what alternative tax document should I use to report my Amazon earnings?
