I AM SELLING MY PRODUCT ON OTHER SELLING ONLINE PLATEFORM . I WANT TO SELL MY PRODUCT ON AMAZON AND I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED ON AMAZON . SO THEN CAN I LIST MY PRODUCT WITH USING BRAND NAME ?

My brand was approved in the brand registry portal a month ago. However, I am still unable to list my product under my brand. I received the following message:

"Brand Authorisation Required: The ability to create or edit ASINs using this brand name is restricted to authorised sellers. You need to apply for approval to add or modify products for this brand."

Even I haven't got any access to brand tools.

I can't list my product

My Brand Name Is Not Getting Approved , My Brand Is An Eyewear Brand , Our Brand Name Is Similar To an another Brand but both are in different segments also there is a court case going on in which the other company has got rejected to use my brand name in the eyewear category.

I am getting error 5461, whenever I try to list my product, and whenever i try to apply for GTIN EXEMPTION , they tell me to list my product as generic
