Product Policy Violations: 12

I am a new seller, New brand. For the past Two months trying to list products on amazon. I Upload a product, it gets taken down saying it is a product policy violation and they seem to have found evidence against massive reviews abuse. I am not sure where they are getting this information from, I have no orders/sales/reviews on the account yet. My account is new. Only i Can sell the products. Each time i dispute the violation within a min i get the auto reply saying evaluation complete, the listing will be kept down. The account health team did escalate the case, after 10 days same answer it will stay down. I have never asked anyone for reviews, They cant share any details of their investigation. I am trying to sell products here and cant move forward from here. Anyone has any solution ?

Reason - Customer Product Reviews Policy Violation

We reviewed the information you provided in your appeal, and determined that your listing will remain deactivated.

We removed the product listing on which you had an active seller offer because we detected high levels of reviews abuse activity that violates our customer reviews policies.

Due to the level of abuse we detected on the listing, it has been permanently removed from the store. When we remove a listing, we must remove all associated seller offers.

So, you were selling under an existing listing? It appears the listing itself has had an extreme number of reviews, so all offers are removed.

No the listing is new. The product has never been sold on amazon.

That doesn't make sense since:

Yea i know I keep telling the customer service team the same thing that the listing is new, The account is new. no orders or reviews. Any product i list gets taken down.

I have followed up with the appropriate teams on this situation. I can confirm at this time these ASINs will no longer be eligible for sale and will not be reactivated as they have been permanently removed. We at this time are not accepting any type of dispute or appeal regarding these listings. I have also been informed that these have no impact on your account health and should be deleted from your inventory to prevent any further impact.
