Read onlyShips in an obnoxiously large package. Went from $12 to over $50!!! That's insane
How do I get a refund?
Modern day scammers! Amazon working with UPS to scam us. I've been around for 17yrs! You lied about label cost. You allowed UPS to add in $40.73 on top of the label you advertised!
Can't wait for the federal lawsuit where UPS/amazon has to pay back billions.

I've got hundreds upon hundreds of adjustments.
Do a Safety Claim and explain your problem. MAKE CERTAIN YOU INCLUDE A PHOTO OF THE RETURN PACKAGE WITH THE LABEL OR THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY DENY YOUR CLAIM!
Last year, I personally witnessed a customer who was dropping off a return at a UPS store and was forced to purchase a new UPS box because the store staff claimed the customer's box, which is Amazon's shipping box, was not compliant. Which lead to a angry customer paid a unnecessary box who was promised a free return, and extra label cost to the seller because of a bigger shipping box.

Yup, had someone ignorantly purchase the wrong oil for his mower from us then returned it we ended up losing money. I have all the information on our products and detail what they are for and someone still manages to purchase the wrong stuff. Why should we lose because of that?
