Read onlyHello,
We’ve been encountering multiple issues with our account, despite having an active trademark and well-optimized ASINs. Recently, however, our Brand Registry was unexpectedly revoked, and the explanation provided by Amazon was unclear.
Case ID: 16756722441
Amazon mentioned that the revocation could be tied to one or more of the following potential causes:
a) Violating Brand Registry policies, such as submitting invalid notices or tampering with the catalog;
b) The account being linked to others that have breached Amazon or Brand Registry policies;
c) Association with other selling accounts that failed verification;
d) Inadequate proof of branding on products or packaging;
e) A deactivated seller account; or
f) A trademark application filed by a firm potentially violating USPTO regulations.
Since the Brand Registry revocation, we’ve observed some unusual issues with our listings:
While most issues have been resolved, we still face significant challenges. Some of our ASINs are being stranded (Resolved). Additionally, their bullet points and descriptions are not showing on the product detail page. Attempts to update these listings have had mixed results—some updates are successful, but others remain pending.
Case ID: 16657907201 confirmed that our brand is NOT ABUSIVE under Amazon’s policies. We also contacted the Amazon Account Health Team before, who verified that we have not violated any rules.
The Catalog team has informed us that, although we own the listings, we are not considered the “winning contributor” for our products. They also mentioned that our updates are pending approval from the brand owner, but because our Brand Registry is revoked, we can no longer access the Brand Registry console to approve changes. This has left us unable to edit our listings, which means we are selling without proper bullet points, descriptions, or optimized content, negatively impacting our sales and rankings.
For over a year now, we have been dealing with the consequences of a revoked Brand Registry and restricted editing permissions. We urgently need the ability to edit our listings so that we can properly manage our account and regain control over our ASINs.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Hi there @Seller_BueFN5AdCwl4U
Thank you for all of the information you provided.
I do not have the information as to why the team came to this decision but I have sent everything off to them to get a more personalized look at this. I can't guarantee a change in outcome, but I will share with you whatever I hear back.
