Read onlyHello,
When creating a returnless resolution rule, we can enter a price range. Neither the setup page nor the help documentation appears to mention what exactly this price range applies to (an item, the order, or the return request), however from browsing the seller forums it seems it is a "per item" price range.
Question: Is there any way to configure a returnless resolution rule based on the price of either 1) the full order or 2) the combined price of the specific items being returned?
Our business is such that customers typically buy several of our products (exterior window shutters) at one time, each with varying prices based on the size of the shutter. These products are very expensive to ship/return due to their over-sized nature. We want to offer returnless resolutions up to a certain total order/return threshold, regardless of the individual products ordered, but this does not appear to be possible via returnless resolution rules where we can only restrict based on the per-item price.
We're hoping there's another option within Amazon to achieve what we need. We would even be open to manually determining returnless resolutions for each return request, however it seems we are not offered that option as an FBM seller as all returns are automatically authorized.
Thanks for any guidance.
