Hello, even though I removed the article that indicates an infraction, it still appears. Why is this?
Because it was a violation to list a branded product without "Letter of Authorization" from the brand owner.
Deleting the listing doesn't make the violation undone. You have to "address" it. Go look at your "Account Health" page and do what they ask for.
Hello @Seller_Cs0hmQE5mF7QI
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent intellectual property concern you have encountered with your listing. I know this can be increasingly concerning given the impact to your listings, and I do want to get you insight into the concern.
You mention having 'removed the article that indicates an infraction', would you be able to clarify what this means? Did you edit the listing or remove the product altogether from your inventory? Generally, removing a listing will not be enough to remove the violation from the account health page as our team will expect the information they have requested to be provided.
Would you be able to share more regarding the specific type of violation that you received? Have you attempted to take any other type of action with the concern? As mentioned by @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC, issues involving intellectual property do require providing authorization documents to show you were permitted to sell the product on the platform.
If our team is unable to verify this information or do not receive it, we will not be able to guarantee a resolution. However, I do encourage you to continue to share any information or details you have on this situation so that I may continue to gain an understanding.
Best,
Atlas
