My shipment FBA18KZTR043 was received by the warehouse on November 15th and the ASIN in the list appears available. I already have sales without having been sent to the customer!!

However, in the inventory of the list it appears...

Available 0

Inbound 0

FC transfer 0

Unfulfillable 0

Customer order 0

In my multiple open cases the answer is that I have to wait... or maybe it is lost... but in the list it appears AVAILABLE!!

My account was deactivated and now has stranded inventory to which I am being charged storage fees. I no longer want the account and would like it closed and want the inventory disposed. But get the following message:

Fulfillable inventory

Inventory in location that cannot process removals - please contact us

I cant contact anyone to resolve this issue so not so where to turn to. Any ideas?

Hello, first time posting here as i have nowhere else to turn, and I am truly begging for help at this point.

My buybox/featured offer eligible has been 0% for almost 9 months.

I own my own brand, there are no other sellers for it.

Performance metrics are all perfect, 100% positive feedback. (0% ODR, 0 negative feedback, 0 charge backs, 0 violations, 0 late shipment, etc)

My sales have went from about $5k-$10k (30-70 units) a month to literally 0 to $200 (0-1 unit) for 9 months now.

I lost the buybox 9 months ago due to (1) A to Z claim and my ODR ticked slightly above 1%. It has never returned and has absolutely destroyed my account.

I am FBM and do not have any FBA. This was never an issue before as I always had the buybox, but I am considering doing FBA now as I have reached the end of the road and I don't know what else to try, nothing changes.

My products are the lowest price of any competitor and my shipping is 2-4 day free shipping.

I am begging for help. I don't know what to do as I have tried just about everything under the sun and nothing resolves it, I am still being throttled and have 0% buybox.

Any help would be so appreciated.
