My Feature Offer has been 0% for 9 MONTHS, PLEASE HELP
Hello, first time posting here as i have nowhere else to turn, and I am truly begging for help at this point.
My buybox/featured offer eligible has been 0% for almost 9 months.
I own my own brand, there are no other sellers for it.
Performance metrics are all perfect, 100% positive feedback. (0% ODR, 0 negative feedback, 0 charge backs, 0 violations, 0 late shipment, etc)
My sales have went from about $5k-$10k (30-70 units) a month to literally 0 to $200 (0-1 unit) for 9 months now.
I lost the buybox 9 months ago due to (1) A to Z claim and my ODR ticked slightly above 1%. It has never returned and has absolutely destroyed my account.
I am FBM and do not have any FBA. This was never an issue before as I always had the buybox, but I am considering doing FBA now as I have reached the end of the road and I don't know what else to try, nothing changes.
My products are the lowest price of any competitor and my shipping is 2-4 day free shipping.
I am begging for help. I don't know what to do as I have tried just about everything under the sun and nothing resolves it, I am still being throttled and have 0% buybox.
Any help would be so appreciated.

Lower the price...until you get the buy box back then raise it SLOWLY after a week or two. Even though you look at competitors, you need to look at the listing. Drop it more and more till you get it back...yes, it hurts but i have learned that is what it takes.

And welcome to everyone's favorite game, Monopoly! Amazon will fix those errors that cost them money. Ones that just happen to force you into giving a greater percentage of your revenue to the platform? Not so much.
The goal is to get you onto FBA. If you read the message boards, you'll see that's gone from bad to worse with no sign of slowing.

About 5-10% of our products are "too high without a reference price", chronically. Amazon is holding onto pricing from forever ago, and support insists this is perfect.
I'd also check to make sure you don't have list prices (set them to 0 or 10x your price) when you edit your listings. It's not enough to have not provided those when you created the listing.
Most likely, you'll need an act of God or Congress to fix this. Amazon doesn't care and/or will sell your items when you kiss the ring and subject yourself to FBA.

You said you have you're own product, no other seller has it. That is my situation. I make and manufacture my own product, and always have the buy box, cause although there is competition in my category, I am the only seller on that ASIN.
Don't do FBA, try advertising it for $3 a day and see what happens. See if you're product is eligible.
Also can you search and find your own product? I can't find mine most of the time, but yet I do get sales & re sales.

I dont think that thing works right. Mine says 0% everyday since my account has been open and i have the buy boxes on a bunch of listings. My account is at least 10Yrs old

I have the same problem with Amazon US.
I sell on 13 other Amazon sites with 100% featured products most of the time.
But the US Site has always been 0%.
I get sales on the US site but not many compared to every other sites.
Does anyone have a clue how to fix this?
