Read onlyHello everyone.
We are having a verification suspension right now and I would like to ask a question about that.
Our official registered address and business address is [Moderator edit: Removed personal information], a virtual address provided by the registered agent. We opened the account in September 2023 with no issues and did business since that date without any issue. Then after 6 months they just deactivated the account and wanted us to provide a utility bill for it. We have submitted a mobile phone bill from T-Mobile but it got rejected.
So I saw in some groups today that someone paid to an Amazon worker to check what’s the issue and found out that this address has been added to Amazon’s risky address list due to some other stupid company’s mistakes.
I attached the photo of that information. Have you ever heard anything like that? Is it possible for Amazon to add an address to their blacklist? If so, what do you suggest?
