I've noticed this a few times in the last couple weeks. So frustrating when it happens on a Monday morning.
Hello, @Seller_IlwjJKqpD81nL @Seller_YCITtmTJQwB2H and all other sellers reporting issues selecting UPS and FedEx services in Buy Shipping today, Monday, November 4.
Our teams are investigating these issues and are working now to restore UPS/FedEx Buy Shipping options.

Try changing the weight. Up one ounce, down one ounce etc... and see if UPS or FedEx comes up. It worked for me.
Facing same issue. I noticed when refreshing multiple times, UPS suddenly showed up. Didn't work for all my orders, but it did for some.
Let the team know that some sellers using USPS Ground Advantage Cubic (with the order estimated delivery calculated using USPS Ground Advantage Cubic) are also being limited to only having FedEx as the shipping option.
For whatever it is also worth...
It's not that FedEx is the only "Protected" shipping option...
FedEx is showing up as the only option - PERIOD.
FedEx is also popping up all over the place as the suggested way to ship and it has never been like this before. I don't know if it's rate changes or errors or what... but FedEx is now very frequently the pre-selected shipping option which is SUPER annoying.
We -NEVER- want to use FedEx and now we are having to manually navigate past it being pre-selected.

If you are still only seeing FedEx, I recommend opening a support case with details including any affected order IDs, as that will help investigation.

I opened a case and I received this response from support:

"UPS is not available since the purchase request parameters are invalid.
Please call with the correct parameters or make another call to check eligible options.
On the other hand USPS is not available since package dimensions failed to satisfy the constraints.
Package length, width, height are 17.78CM, 17.78CM, 17.78CM; min length, width, height are 0.0CM, 0.0CM, 0.0CM; max length, width, height are 40.64CM, 40.64CM, 40.64CM.
Kindly make the necessary changes as per the requirements in order to choose UPS or USPS as your preferred shipping partner."

They're trying to tell me my dimensions don't qualify for UPS or USPS?
This is absurd... it is a 7"x7"x7" shipping box that weighed less than 2lbs.

Hello The next best step is to submit that information with details to Seller Support, and share the Case ID with me so I can monitor its progress. I can then escalate the issue if needed. It is more difficult to escalate an issue without a Case/Order ID.

We have this issue too but from reading further with what amazon is trying to do they want move away from UPS as they are trying to use their own shipping service. Which is terrible because they don't pick up for us and we use rely on UPS for most our shipping.
