FBA Shipment of 1 pallet was delivered by Amazon Partnered Carrier (TForce Freight) on Jan 16, 2025.
However in Seller Central the shipment is still "In Transit" and the tracking says "Customs clearance delay."
Why is it saying a customs issue when this was a US LTL shipment from New York? Also when will the shipment be checked in by Fulfillment team?
It has been 6 days and the status hasn't changed to "Delivered" and no units are received.
Very frustrating to have this experience when you pay extra to use Amazon Partnered Carrier.
