I take the photos in a pure white light box; edit the sides from the box off and I'm left with product on a white background.
I attempt to upload these images and amazons system immediately kicks them back telling me my products that are very much clearly on a white background ... need to be on a white background.
Any ideas how to fix this issue? It's a horrendously bad feature that keeps kicking back the product images.
When Amazon specifies a "White" background, they mean one with RGB values of 255,255,255. You are not going to get that in camera, even shooting on a lightbox; you need to do it in photo editing software.
