As you'll see elsewhere on the forums, many FCs are currently seeing receiving timelines extend out several weeks as they deal with the influx of seasonal volumes and they are working their way through the queues in the order they were received. Should your shipment still not be received after the investigation eligibility date in your contents tab you can open a case for investigation, but until then it's likely working through the queue at this site.
