Shipping Issue

My manufacturer originally created multiple shipments split between FedEx and UPS. Since only one carrier can be selected for tracking, I had them change all the labels to FedEx Ground and updated the carrier to FedEx Ground. Now, half of the shipments show a tracking status of "Confirmed," while the other half still show "Confirming." I have images of all the labels and boxes from my manufacturer, so I’m not sure why this is happening or why they haven’t been confirmed yet, but it's been well over a week, and I was told it should self resolve in 72 hours.

I have had to delay my shipments due to this and have two shipments that are now in delivery window can someone please help me change the window date.
