I'm reaching out to request moderator assistance with a negative seller feedback that appears to be within the guidelines for removal. Multiple removal requests submitted through both "feedback manager" and Seller Support have been denied, despite this feedback clearly being entirely a product review.

Feedback: "Very bad gpu dirty and scratched at the DP connection area. Buy new if possible it’s worth it without the headache.”
The seller feedback:
- Does not mention shipping, customer service, or the seller experience in any way.
- Focuses solely on the condition of the product (cosmetic wear), which is expected in a renewed item.
- The recommendation to "buy new" is a product-related opinion.
Per Amazon's feedback removal guidelines, this qualifies for removal under "The entire feedback comment is a product review".
We submitted two cases for removal, both denied:

Would greatly appreciate a moderator's review and help in getting this resolved. Our attempts at resolving this with the customer directly has also failed.
Should the above not be a sufficient reason - the customer’s disregard for Amazon’s policies extends beyond just feedback misuse. On the same day they dropped off the return at UPS, they also opened an A-to-Z claim—well before we had any opportunity to receive or inspect the item. This pattern of behavior reflects a broader abuse of Amazon’s systems.
