I recently received this warning for violating the Seller's code of conduct (Accurate Information). What should I do? I have already submitted a Brand owner authorization letter with all my sub-brand's trademark registration documents, still, it is the same.

As you mentioned there was a concern of accurate information, can you provide more clarification surrounding the situation including the ASIN, related cases an exactly what was submitted. We will typically need proof of your brand registration with USPTO for the concerned brands, you may also provide proof of brand registry so we can verify this has been registered with Amazon's brand registry or that you are an authorized party of the brand.

You also mentioned "sub-brands" can you provide more insight into this, was there the use of multiple trademarks on a listing, and if so were you previously approved to do this by the original brand or rights owners? Are the mentioned trademarks registered to you, another business or someone else?
