My account has been deactivated for months now with multiple attempts to reinstate it by providing proper documents, identification, and statements. None has been successful and it seems like they won't hear me out any longer. I only buy from verified online retailers and I haven't dived into the wholesale side of buying yet. The products that I have bought are all legitimate with proof and invoices to back it up. I'm not sure what else I can do now to get my account reinstated. What will happen to my inventory that's at Amazon right now? Can I have it shipped back to my address? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

This is your problem right here. You cannot buy from retailers and resell on Amazon. You have to buy directly from the brand itself or a whole seller that is approved by the brand itself.
That's the problem, you need to be buying from Brand authorized wholesale distributors. No way to verify an online retailer is legitimate. You don't have a valid supply chain.
No, you got receipts, as you bought from retailers. Only wholesalers can give invoices.
They will probably destroy it unless they let you do a removal order. The other thing they may do is charge you storage until it is destroyed or removed.
Hello @Seller_yr3L2LFYUOM98,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
As noted these types of situations require valid invoices that meet our requirements. As noted by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7, when you purchase from a retailer, you receive a receipt rather than an invoice which includes less information. This lack of information creates an inability to always be accepted. There are an abundance of concerns when sourcing this way as the retailer may be an approved distributor, but they cannot authorize you to sell these brands, which could lead to intellectual property and supply chain concerns.
If the sourcing documentation does not include all required information to verify their compliance, the account will not be eligible for reactivation.
As mentioned by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7 again, these situations will require that you address the original issue for the release of inventory. If the situation is not resolved, the inventory will be disposed of at your expense.
