I have had a TON of Fair Price Policy violations, and they've always said No Impact to my account health and have never heard of an account being deactivated for it. Are you sure it wasn't for something else? What did the deactivation email say specifically? If you click on Account Health, it will show you the exact ASIN that triggered the Fair Price Policy.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent impact to your account. I understand it was related to pricing, but there was no ASIN which caused some confusion. I would like to provide some insight to guide you towards finding more information.

If there is no ASIN and there was an impact to the account, then it is possible that you may have several products that our team has concerns over. We would recommend reviewing your products and checking to see if there are any that may cause concern for the pricing.

You may need to provide details and supporting documents to justify the set prices you have currently. We would recommend providing the specific notification you received so we may also gain a better understanding of the current request made from you.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please continue to refer to this thread for support.

Best,

Atlas

Can we see the full deactivation notice? This is the first time I've heard of this... and maybe there is more info we can glean from this...

OP, are you there? Did you start the holidays early?

Or is there a darker reason? Is Amazon disappearing people for fair price policy violations?

This is so ridiculous. I have thousands of deactivated products for fair pricing when many are LOWER than the list price! Many others have active listings priced higher than my deactivated prices and are still live! That is why their are multiple class action lawsuits against Amazon over this. I can't wait for the day when Amazon loses the suits and loses badly.
