Product Out of Stock / Page Not Showing on Amazon

Hi,

When tracking my FBA fulfillment shipments, it states 136 of 544 units are available for Prime, but when I look for my product on amazon it states it's out of stock. Do I have to wait until ALL the units are accepted and available for Prime in order for my listing to be live and viewable?
