After more than ten days in the warehouse, Amazon removed the shipment from our inventory and informed us that they had never received the shipment after the shipment was closed. We contacted the support team many times to request an investigation into the lost products and to ask for compensation, but the response we always received was that they could not find the goods and have any compensate . What should we do?
