Hello Sellers,
We are currently experiencing an issue that is delaying updates to Payments Dashboard. Amazon Seller disbursements to bank accounts are not impacted. We are actively engaged in resolving this issue.
Thanks to all who brought this to our attention.
12/21 Update:
The issue causing increased data latency impacting Deferred Transaction Reports has now been resolved and the system is operating normally. Deferred Transaction Reports are now available via Reports Repository.
Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any confusion caused by the data latency issue impacting Payment Dashboard and reports.
12/19 Update:
Thank you to all sellers that have responded in this thread and related discussions. We have shared your updates and feedback with our partner team. That team has already resolved the issue causing increased latency for data availability on Payments Dashboard, Settlement Reports, and Date Range Reports and is now actively working to restore availability of the Deferred Transaction Report as its top priority.
Some of you have shared concerns on what you are seeing within the Payment Dashboard. We’d like to highlight that the timing of fee charges has not changed. Fees that are part of a customer order (such as Referral Fees and FBA Fulfilment Fees) are deferred along with the order payment and will be charged when the payment for the transaction is released. Other fees (such as Cost of Advertising, Inbound Transportation Charge and Shipping Services purchased through Amazon) will continue to be charged directly to your account at the time of purchase or billing of the service.

Thanks for sharing this with us, @Ricardo_Amazon!
I appreciate the heads up, but this has been going on with us for several days. Maybe a little bit quicker on he heads up would help with some of the stress and worry, at least for us, but it is better than usual where Amazon says nothing.
Thanks
What about the drop in balance? Is that also being investigated along with the delay in updates?
This should NOT be something that is addressed only after it is brought to Amazon's attention. Nor should it take this long to be addressed once the issue is known.
Doesn't Amazon itself notice when something isn't working right? Isn't that what all these little "internal teams" are for?
Bless your heart, Ricardo, but it won't happen.
I believe ALL of us knew there was a problem, @Ricardo_Amazon, since we've been posting Case ID's on the Forum for over a week because we received no help from "seller support". This problem has been ongoing since 11/26 or 11/27. What we really need to know is, when will it be resolved? Sellers need timely information during holiday sales periods.
MY account is showing negative balance $329, i got charged on my credit card today this balance, and i have money on deferred balance. all fees were paid i didn't get any disbursement since11/27. I am just shipping for free, I need this money back to my account before disputing the transaction. I was ok with payment delay but getting paid twice and i need to get paid for what i'm shipping you can't get paid twice.
Hi @Ricardo_Amazon The question now is, will the Payment Dashboard balance be what is paid to me tonight or will it be the correct amount?
I know it says disbursements are not impacted, but it's not clear if that disbursement will be the correct amount.
I guess that I have to comment to follow. Stupid NSFE.
My last payment was unusually low after have a great sales period. The period began with a beginning balance of zero, which has never happened. When will this issue be fixed, because this pay period seems to be following the same pattern.
