Read onlyi sent a shipment with 55 units inside and the tracking showed “Delivered” but the shipment has been closed with 0 unit received. I contacted and provided documents to Seller support and after one month of investigation, they said my documents do not meet requirement. What should I do next? I already gave my receipts of purchase, email confirmations, screenshot of my order history and they denied all.

Please note that in order for your proof of ownership to be accepted, the document must be the original invoice from the supplier or manufacturer and must include the following information:
