Shipment Delivered to Amazon FC as per Carrier Partner UPS but 0 Units Received

Hi Seller Community,

We need help regarding a shipment we sent to Amazon using Amazon's partnered carrier. The shipment was delivered to the Amazon FC, however 0 units have been received.

We raised a case (15936819161) with Amazon support, and provided the proof of ownership and partnered carrier proof of delivery. Yet they claim 0 units have been received.

If 0 units would have been sent, shipment weight would have been negligible, which we have already tried explaining, yet we have received the same response.

We are not sure how else to prove other than the proof of delivery and proof of ownership that we have actually sent the units.

Can anyone who has faced a similar issue help us on how to go about this. Amazon support would no longer respond to our requests now.

We would be grateful for any help we can get.

I'm in the same boat. Amazon claims they received 'zero' units for a 50lb shipment. It was a single SKU with 560 units, sent to the CLT3 warehouse. I have proof of delivery showing the 50lb weight and an invoice to prove ownership of the inventory. I wasn’t even asked to submit these documents. Now, I can’t even start the reconciliation process because they’ve already completed a second physical review of my shipment.

We have sent another shipment FBA18GPJKZ68 of the same SKU with same shipment weight and it has been received by Amazon FC.

Had there been 0 units in our previous shipment FBA188N6C8F6, the shipment weight could not have been same as this one.

@Topher_Amazon could you please look into our case 15936819161 and help us.

Although I cannot promise that the outcome will be different, I would be happy to escalate your shipment FBA188N6C8F6 further for additional review. Now in order for me to do this, I do need a more recent case for this situation. If you have a newer case for shipment FBA188N6C8F6, can you please send that to me? If you do not, please request a new investigation right here.

If this situation is not resolved after that new case is closed, please send me that new case ID so I can then assist further.

In the meantime, I would recommend reading through the FBA inventory reimbursement policy for more information and guidelines.

same here. I sent a big box of 55 pairs of Crocs, the package was delivered at warehouse ONT2 but 0 unit received. I created many cases and provided proof of purchased as many as I have, and waited for a month before they still claim 0 unit has been received.
