Read onlyHi everyone,
A 6 days ago, I received an email from Amazon asking me to submit identity documents within 3 days as part of a periodic verification. Right after that, I got another email saying my account was at risk of deactivation because my Account Health Rating had dropped below 100.
I immediately submitted the required documents. But exactly 3 days later, I got an email saying my account has been temporarily deactivated, and my Account Health dropped to zero. I still don’t know the exact reason.
When I try to submit a new appeal, it says:
"You have provided your document and information. Your document and information are being analyzed and we may contact you by email for further clarification within 2 business days."
It’s been more than 6 days, that I have provided documents and haven’t heard anything. I’m very worried.
Has anyone experienced this before? What should I do now?
Thanks in advance.
OP: "Right after that, I got another email saying my account was at risk of deactivation because my Account Health Rating had dropped below 100."
How why would that happen? Sounds like there may be some major underlying problems that must be resolved in an appeal.
Hello @Seller_m7U5wyTDUstYl
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent delays that you have seen with the verification on your account. I know this situation can be increasingly concerning given the impact it has had on your account. I do want to get you support, so I did go ahead and work with another team on your situation.
At this time, it does appear that your situation has been transferred to the appropriate teams and is still under review. They do not appear to have any updates that I can provide guidance with, but I will continue to monitor the information for any that become available. If you observe any changes or receive any new details, please refer back to this thread for support.
