Read onlySubject: Account still locked after verifying identity 1.5 weeks ago
Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone can help or provide some advice.
About 1.5 weeks ago I successfully verified my identity, but my Amazon Seller account is still locked, and I haven’t received any update from support since then.
I’ve submitted all the requested documents, including my government-issued ID and proof of address. The verification page confirmed that my identity was verified, but nothing has changed in my account status.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
Is there a way to escalate this or get support to respond faster?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues you have seen on the account with the verification. I know this can be increasingly concerning given the disruption to your account, and I did want to ensure you were getting support. I worked with another team that did report that they were not seeing any pending verification on the account at this time. Can you confirm if you are still seeing the delay in the review?
