Read onlyHi, I'm a 2018 seller and have been selling on Amazon for over 6 years, but my store was abruptly shut down by Amazon on April 4th. There is only one box for complaint. The reason for the shutdown is that I had sold an infringing product which led to the shutdown on April 4 by a robot sweep. But that product was a product I used to sell a year ago and had removed and stopped selling it long before the mistake was corrected. Doesn't Amazon allow people to make mistakes? Do you want to kill them after they have corrected their mistakes? It's not fair.
According to the facts, I filed two complaints on April 4th and April 10th. Today, May 16, I have not received any reply from Amazon. And now the email for another complaint can't be sent, please help me, thank you very much.
Let's fix the terminology a bit--
you filed APPEALS not complaints.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
If you sold counterfeit they may not give you another opportunity to sell here.
If there is a Statute of Limitations on Amazon for counterfeit, it's a lot longer than 1 year. Doesn't matter if you stopped selling it; if you EVER sold it (or even just listed it), then you can be hit with an authenticity complaint.
Possibly if you had fully deleted the listing, it might not have been picked up, but there have been reports of fully deleted listings resulting in an IP complaint many months later.
