sku economics report include easy ship shiping fees or not
I thought if UPS loses a package that was created in seller central, that amazon reimburses? Our UPS truck picks up 50 + packages at a time. There is no way they would leave a receipt for each package they pick up. That is completely absurd. UPS lost the package and amazon refuses to reimburse because they say I have to give them a pick up receipt. UPS DOES LEAVE PICK UP RECEIPTS!!!!!

recently waiting for their reply.
My shipment was supposed to be delivered on 6/24 and the last tracking update was 6/22. Tracking now says the delivery date will be provided as soon as possible. The last tracking update does show it's in the city it's supposed to be delivered in. I contacted UPS and they said at this point they consider it lost or missing, but Amazon has to inquire about shipment issues. I contacted Amazon and they told me it is not considered lost or missing because it still shows "In Transit". When does Amazon consider it lost?
