Maybe anybody can explain what is going on in FBA warehouse RYY2 ?
1. Shipment FBA188PFQQVZ with tracking 1Z2285W80381614660 was delivered on August 6th . Today is Aug 19th and it is not even Cheked in !
2 Shipment FBA188R4DGR8 with tracking 1Z2285W80358220978 was delivered on August 6th . it is NOT checked in for almost 2 Weeks !
3 My third shipment delivered to RYY2 on 15th and I don't know what to expect with it either
How long does it take to get our items to our FBA customers if we will need month or more to prosess our shipments ?
Why ' Send to FBA " system keep sending our shipments to dead warehouse ? Doesn't Amazon have ANY information about ability of each warehous to prosess shipments efficiently ?
Shouldn't FBA system work now better than 10 years ago and why it works 100 times worse ? I had to cancel all my new created shipments because of this noncense . May be anybody have any information about RYY2 ?
Many sellers currently having issues with this warehouse.
I have a dozen shipments that were sent to RYY2, UPS tracking stops updating in Ackworth, GA and shows that delivery needs to be rescheduled.
Support just tells me to wait for reconciliation.
TLDR; Amazon assigned us a warehouse that can't handle the volume and is leaving us in the dark about what the next steps are.
FBA188PFQQVZ delivered to RYY2 on August 6th , not checked in for 16 days !
Same here!! I will never ship east of Nevada again. I don't have this problem on the west.
RYY2 was not slated to launch as an IXD until 25August - meaning all of your shipments going there as Amazon changes current iXDs to rIXDs will most assuredly wait until 25August to even be eligible for checkin
Wow I had no idea. THANK YOU for sharing! How did you find this out?
My Amazon Freight account rep keeps our team up to date on new IXDs, proposed IXDs and IXD to rIXD transfers so that our freight can be appropriately planned weeks/months in advance
Same issue here. Shipments just stuck in delivered status. Amazon, please address this. Shipments being sent to other warehouses are being delivered and checked in long before the shipments that are just sitting idle at RYY2. We have stopped shipping into FBA because of this problem.
Welcome to the club
2 shipments delivered to this warehouse, one at aug 13, and not even checked in
Not just that Amazon facility. Phoenix, Richmond/Norfolk, Stockton, Raleigh, Dallas, Nashville, Middletown, PA/Fredericksburg, VA...
The list goes on and on. We are now paying more to ship our product further around the country plus absurd "inventory placement fees" and somehow the Amazon facilities have become completely inefficient.
Products are sitting on trailers in Amazon facility or UPS facility parking lots for weeks on end. Tracking shows delivered but Amazon's systems do not acknowledge that the inventory is delivered.
Amazon announces for all Holiday 2024 prime inventory to be sent in by October 19th, but thry can't even receive it in an efficient manner...lost or stolen...and the dates where you can reconcile for a reimbursement keep getting pushed out.
Truly criminal happenings with FBA, and FBM has a whole different set of problems.
Delivered FBA188XHTJ28 to RYY2 on 12th of August, not even checked in
For a company that has strict penalties and fees for: no stock, low stock, excess stock, aging stock, old stock, placement fees.... this is simply not acceptable.
"Your shipment has been delivered to Amazon FC. Small-parcel shipments can take up to 4 days to move to Checked in status."
What a joke...
The same with my product that was delivered to Fayetteville, NC (RDU4) .It was delivered on Aug 8th and it has still not been checked in. I've been selling on Amazon for about six years and have never experienced this. Sellercentral claim it is due to peak time, which is nonsense of course.
